Within the organization of the Post, support of the different business applications is handled by the Business Support Cell.

This team is responsible for the second-line support of the internal applications of the Post and the delivery of bug fixes. Part of these tasks involve contacting the end users and the developers in order to obtain a solution.

As a member of this team, Mr. Geens handled the support for these applications:

  • AVCS Web (tracking of mail in the sorting centers)
  • TOM (planning of the truck rides between the collection and delivery points)
  • SUMO (management of subscriptions)
  • ZZA (management of non-addressed bulk mail)
