Start date: November 2nd, 1997

ESSO wanted to develop an interactive phone interface where the clients (gas stations) could order products over the phone. Guy has worked during the pilot phase of this project as a developer and system administrator.
When it became clear that the system design was insufficient for the total workload, Guy also helped to create a demonstration where Lotus Notes was replaced by SQLServer. This new proposal was not accepted by the client due to the costs involved with the second implementation.
Team: 1 developer.
Users: 10 (in test phase).
