The CGA system is responsible for all data that represents the services attached to a GSM of a Mobistar client. This database serves is used to update the "technical network" (the infrastructure used to communicate with the phones themselves). The billing application also uses the contents of this database. 

Cellular phones are a rapidly evolving business, and the software has to be constantly updated in order to keep up with this. 

Mr. Geens has worked on the applications surrounding the central database. These programs validate the new or updated contract data, and send them through to the technical network.
