Honda Europe has a technical helpdesk in each region. Each of those regions has its own database where they keep track of the interactions with the dealers. As part of a centralisation effort, all these applications are migrated to a single pan-european system (TESS). Dealers and Honda employees will use this application to keep track of the conversations they have concerning technical issues.
